TVERIA 10

In this project, we designed a townhouse with a width of less than 5 meters, preserving a historic façade while addressing complex design challenges. The planning focuses on optimal use of the limited space, maintaining modern design principles alongside high residential comfort.

The main challenge was integrating the staircase within the narrow structure. We chose to expose the stairs and treat them as a unique architectural feature, with custom-designed iron steps serving as a central element within the space.

The house includes a spacious public area on the ground floor that leads to a wide entrance opening onto the large garden at the rear, which has now become the home’s primary frontage.

The first floor houses two children’s bedrooms, while the second floor features a stunning master bedroom with a generous walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom. The window design is surprising and thoughtful, featuring unique openings that allow abundant light and ventilation while preserving residents’ privacy from neighboring views, and creating a strong visual connection with the garden.
