The Story Behind Yoma Architects
We see architecture as a tool for creating a new language in the space in which we live. Our approach focuses on connections – between the small details and the whole, between the personal dimension and the broader urban fabric. We believe that our work has a decisive impact on the design of the environment, and therefore we approach it with a deep sense of public responsibility.

Our ambition is to design buildings that create optimal spaces – pleasant, functional and aesthetic – whether they are public or private.

Our areas of expertise are diverse and include interior design, planning of private homes, residential buildings, public buildings, museums, synagogues, hotels, TAMA 38 projects and urban planning.

Beyond traditional projects, the studio leads social design initiatives, which combine spatial planning with a reference to informal social dynamics. This approach reflects our belief in the power of architecture to bring about positive social change.

Our studio is characterized by a multidisciplinary approach, combining a variety of perspectives: architectural planning, interior design, a deep understanding of licensing and construction processes, and economic analysis of projects. This combination allows us to offer comprehensive and creative solutions, tailored to the unique needs of each project and client.

Yoma Architects was founded in 2009 by Netanel and Michal Mayer. The firm is located in Jerusalem in the Moshava area, a creative and special space with a professional team with a deep passion for architecture and creativity.
