RM_41 is a six-story building being developed between Old Katamon and the Greek Colony, as part of an urban renewal project.
Situated in a neighborhood defined by its intimate urban character, the building supports daily interactions among a diverse and multi-generational community.
The design fosters a personal connection with the street, with an inviting wide, open, green entrance; encouraging casual encounters and conversation in one’s everyday routine.
Greenery and in-built planting is thoughtfully integrated into the architecture, maintaining a human scale and bringing both life and nature into the building.
Blending into the historical fabric, the project respects the spirit of the place while introducing a contemporary and modern approach to Jerusalem stone and architecture.
