Deep in the forest stood a hotel whose construction had stopped midway. We saw in it the potential for an extraordinary architectural experience, combining the magic of the forest with modern comfort. Our renovation project transformed the abandoned skeleton into a spectacular boutique hotel, blending with and enhancing its natural surroundings.
The hotel’s design and logo were born from the shape of the trees and the forest, with every element in the design corresponding to the forest:
Corten balconies: We removed Corten balconies from each existing room, designed at a unique angle that provides a private view of the forest and separates the balconies.
Suites: Designed with combed wild stone, which blends in with the natural textures of the forest. Corten wood beams filter the light and create fascinating shadow plays.
Standard rooms: Include wooden wood beams, echoing the forest view, and Corten balconies that provide a private space to view the landscape.
We created a unique entrance experience that enhances the connection with nature:
The entrance to the project begins underground, hiding the view and creating tension.
A special elevator takes guests up to the entrance pavilion.
Upon exiting the elevator, guests are suddenly exposed to the magnificent view of the forest, creating an unforgettable “wow effect.”
Through intelligent use of materials, precise planning of angles and views, and thinking about every detail of the guest experience, we managed to transform an abandoned building into a unique tourist attraction that offers a deep connection to nature.
